## About the position
This opportunity is located at Troubadour Golf & Field Club set outside of Nashville, Tennessee. Troubadour Golf & Field Club is seeking a Golf Course Beverage Cart Server to join the Food and Beverage Service Department.
Multiple part-time seasonal positions. Start date: April 15 to May 1. Starting rate: $17.00 per hour.
The Golf Course Beverage Cart Server is responsible for contributing to a great member and guest experience and will be expected to open and close their assigned golf food/comfort stations on a daily basis.
## What you will do day to day
You will keep assigned outlet stations neat, organized, and stocked with various snacks, candies, and beverages. Additional duties may include simple food preparation, cooking, and serving of golf course outlet menu items.
Specific tasks include:
- Keep all outlet stations neat, organized, and well stocked.
- Store outlet food properly and according to food safety guidelines.
- Put away outlet food and beverage deliveries and maintain stock levels at the sales office and fitness areas.
- Take food or beverage orders on course to relay to kitchen when necessary and track specified food items taken from the kitchen on weekly Outlet Tracking Sheets.
- Communicate inventory needs when par levels are low.
- Greet all members formally by using their surname.
- Perform additional duties as assigned and contribute to the Discovery Land Company experience for members and fellow employees.
## Who we are looking for
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum three (3) months food service or guest service experience, preferably in a fast-paced, high-end restaurant, club, or resort.
- Knowledge of HACCP and local food safety standards; you must possess or be able to obtain a State Food Safety Certificate.
- Knowledgeable of wines and beverages. TABC required.
- Extraordinary attention to detail, quality, and service.
- Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays; long hours may be required.
- Ability to work in a team environment and remain calm and focused during busy periods.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English; additional languages preferred.
Physical demands:
- Work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Standing, walking, and moving for periods greater than eight (8) hours.
- Lifting and carrying items sometimes greater than fifty (50) pounds.
