Job Summary: This position provides premium food and beverage service for members and their guests, abiding by the service standards of the Club. The Server will be expected to go above and beyond to deliver memorable events, while bringing a high level of energy and professionalism. Job Duties: Takes food and beverage orders Serves and delivers food and beverages in our Ala Carte dining venue Maintains accurate member charges and presents check for signature Keeps work area clean and neat, stock inventory, serve food to members and their guests Promotes an attitude of teamwork by assisting coworkers Works as directed to support the mission and values of Oakland Hills Country Club Completes other duties as assigned by supervisor or management Job Competencies: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Experience serving food and beverages Strong organizational skills to prioritize work activities Strong interpersonal skills required Ability to be flexible and self-motivated Exceptional customer service skills Prefer at least 1-2 years of server experience 18 years or older What we provide: A professional and welcoming team environment Uniforms provided Complimentary employee meals Employee engagement events Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal Pay: $21.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Ability to Commute: Bloomfield Hills, MI 48301 (Required) Work Location: In person
