Manager, you'll work alongside club leadership to oversee daily operations, inspire team members, and continually elevate the member experience.
What You'll Do Oversee the day-to-day operations of Burnt Pine Golf Club, ensuring exceptional service and operational excellence across all departments. Partner with the General Manager and department leaders to execute the club's strategic initiatives and operational goals. Lead, coach, mentor, and develop team members while fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and hospitality.
Ensure outstanding member satisfaction by maintaining high service standards and responding promptly to member feedback and requests. Coordinate daily operations between Food & Beverage, Golf Operations, Member Services, Events, Facilities, and other club departments. Monitor staffing levels, scheduling, labor costs, and operational efficiencies.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, expense management, and financial performance. Support club events, tournaments, member activities, and special functions to ensure flawless execution. Maintain the
