Key Responsibilities
Greet members and guests warmly upon arrival and provide a friendly, professional first impression.
Manage reservations and maintain an organized seating chart.
Escort members and guests to their tables and present menus when appropriate.
Coordinate with servers and management to ensure balanced table rotation and efficient service.
Answer phone calls, handle reservation inquiries, and provide information about dining hours, events, and club policies.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entry area.
Assist with special events, banquets, and club functions when needed.
Monitor dining room flow and communicate wait times clearly to members and guests.
Thank members and guests as they depart and invite them to return.
12/hr plus gratuity possibilities
