What Success Looks Like:
Your Impact
Perform early morning golf course set-up prior to daily playChange and accurately place hole locations in accordance with course guidelinesSet tee markers and ensure proper alignment and rotation of teeing areasInspect and prepare bunkers, including raking and touch-ups as neededEnsure all course accessories (ball washers, divot boxes, signage, water stations) are clean, filled, and properly positionedConduct a full course inspection to identify and address any issues impacting playability or safetyAssist with frost delays, weather-related preparations, and course protection measuresCommunicate course conditions or maintenance needs to the Superintendent or management teamSupport the grounds crew with additional maintenance tasks as assigned
What You Bring
Prior golf course maintenance or landscaping experience preferred, but not requiredGeneral knowledge of the game of golf and course etiquette is a plusWorking knowledge of proper use and maintenance of equipment and tools utilized at the property Ability to interpret manufacturers literature for installation, preparation, use and maintenance of various materials and products used throughout the property Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Able and willing to work in inclement weatherMust be able to lift 50 lbs.
