Job Description
The Club Concierge reports to the Membership Director and serves private club members and golf and country club members. This role supports a welcoming concierge desk focused on reservations and bookings, member services and requests, and events and guest experiences, with weekly support for member programming.
Responsibilities
● Build positive relationships with private club members and guests.
● Coordinate reservations and bookings.
● Respond to member services and guest requests.
● Assist with events and guest experiences on a weekly basis.
Preferred Qualifications
● Entry-level experience in hospitality and guest services.
Pay: $22.91 - $27.60 per hour
