About the Role
Position Overview:
The Greens Maintenance Crew Member is responsible for maintaining the golf course at a high standard of playability and appearance. This role supports daily course maintenance operations, including greens, tees, fairways, bunkers, and surrounding grounds—while adhering to safety standards and delivering conditions that enhance the overall member and guest experience.
Responsibilities:
Perform daily maintenance of greens, tees, fairways, bunkers, and rough areas
Mow greens, tees, and fairways according to established schedules and standards
Rake bunkers and maintain sand consistency and presentation
Assist with irrigation system operation, hand-watering, and basic repairs
Edge, trim, and maintain landscaping around course features and facilities
Safely operate and maintain golf course maintenance equipment, including mowers, blowers, trimmers, and utility vehicles
Clean, fuel, and perform basic inspections of equipment before and after use
Follow all safety procedures, OSHA guidelines, and club policies
Identify and report unsafe conditions or equipment issues
Assist with course setup, including cup cutting, tee marker placement, and course accessories
Support special events, tournaments, and outings
Maintain cleanliness and appearance of maintenance facilities and work areas
Perform other grounds-related duties as assigned
Perform other duties as assigned by leadership
Experience:
Preferred: Golf Course maintenance, landscaping or grounds maintenance experience
Preferred: Proficiency in English (written and verbal) to effectively communicate with associates and leadership

Days TBD
Hours vary based on workload
Flexibility required to work early mornings, weekends, holidays or extended hours during peak golf season
Compensation:
$17.50 starting wage
Environment:
Vary temperatures based on outdoor working environment/conditions
Skills:
Physical abilities: Ability to lift up to 50lbs; Ability to stand, walk, kneel, bend and sit throughout your day; Walking on a variety of flooring such as carpet, concrete, tile etc;
Strong communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with peers and leaders on a daily basis
Organizational Skills: Ability to fulfill executive directions in a timely manner; ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
