Job Summary
A Golfer Services position includes Beverage Cart, Plaza, and Concession Attendants. Each staff member will be trained in all three positions and be expected to work in each. These positions play a vital role in providing our Members and Guests with outstanding service and a memorable experience. These positions involve preparing and serving food and beverages to our Members and Guests in a professional and timely manner.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Beverage Cart
Drive beverage cart on golf course, while adhering to all course rules and etiquette to avoid disrupting play.
Serve golfers food and beverage items from golf cart.
Plaza and Concessions
Serve Members and Guests grilled food items and already prepared food items, as well as beverages at one of the two stationary service locations.
All Positions
Maintain a clean, safe, work environment in each outlet.
Stock and maintain each outlet with inventory and supplies for daily operations.
Handle cash, credit card, room, and member charge transactions efficiently and accurately.
Maintain knowledge of drink specials and menu items.
Maintain knowledge pricing for all food and beverage items.
Effectively total transaction and return proper change.

Qualifications & Competencies:
Strong guest service and communication skills
Ability to work independently.
Exemplifies professional conduct and adherence to company Core Values.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Responsible, self-motivated, and able to maximize use of time.
Able to work outside is all elements of weather.
TIPS/TAMS & ServSafe training required. May be obtained after employment.
Education:
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Physical & Other Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, stoop, kneel, and crouch, as well as talk or hear.
The employee is frequently required to walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms.
The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 25 pounds, and bend, kneel, and reach.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Evenings, weekends and holidays are a regular part of the schedule.
