Position Summary · The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager supports all front-of-house food and beverage operations including dining services, bar operations, member events, and staff supervision. · The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, professional, and committed to creating an outstanding member experience. Responsibilities · Assist in managing daily clubhouse dining and bar operations · Supervise and support service staff during dining and special events · Ensure exceptional member and guest service standards are maintained · Help recruit, train, schedule, and motivate front-of-house staff · Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards throughout the clubhouse · Assist with inventory control, ordering, and vendor coordination · Support banquet, golf outing, and private event operations · Handle member requests and resolve service issues professionally · Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations · Work closely with the Food & Beverage Manager and Executive Chef to ensure smooth operations Qualifications · Previous food & beverage or hospitality management experience preferred · Private club, restaurant, or golf club experience is a plus · Strong leadership and communication skills · Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment · Professional appearance and positive attitude · Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays · Knowledge of POS systems and basic inventory management preferred What We Offer · Competitive salary based on experience · Opportunity for growth within a premier private club environment · Golf and dining privileges · Supportive team atmosphere · Benefits package available for full-time employees Apply Today Qualified candidates are encouraged to submit their resume and cover letter for consideration.
