Job Information for Outside Golf Operations Assistant at Ironbridge Golf Club Job Title: Outside Golf Operations Assistant Location: Glenwood Springs, CO Position Type: Seasonal (April 1st - October 31st) Compensation: $18.00/Hour, 40 hours per week Additional Income: Tips, End of Season Bonus Additional Benefits: Staff Uniforms, Golf Shop Discounts, Food and Beverage Discounts, Playing and practicing privileges Experience: Previous golf course experience recommended but not required Responsibilities: The Outside Golf Operations Assistant will report directly to the Head Golf Professional/1st Assistant Golf Professional and will have the following responsibilities: - Assist with Golfer check in service, Golf Car Fleet Management and Practice Range Management - Assist with organization, coordination and administration of opening, mid-day and closing procedures - Assist with keeping a clean presentation at the staging area, practice range and with the golf car fleet - Assist with Member Club Storage - Assist Golf Shop / Professionals when needed - Ensure that Members and Guests have a wonderful experience at Ironbridge Golf Club - Be an Ambassador of Ironbridge Golf Club at all times and an excellent communicator of Club happenings and events - Get acquainted with the Membership and learn their names to improve our quality of service to them, they are the reason we are working here
