Equipment Manager

Birmingham Country Club is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Equipment Manager to join our Greens & Grounds Department. This position will succeed our current Equipment Manager, who is retiring at the conclusion of the 2026 season after 38 years of dedicated service to the Club. The Equipment Manager reports directly to the Golf Course Superintendent and works closely with the Lead Assistant Superintendent to ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of all equipment utilized by the Golf Course and Agronomy Department. The Equipment Manager is responsible for the maintenance, repair, service, and overall management of Birmingham Country Club’s equipment fleet, including golf course turf equipment, vehicles, utility vehicles, construction equipment, and related tools and assets.
