Duties for the Pro Shop Manager:Actively sell pro shop merchandise and assist customers with product selection.Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service.Manage incoming phone calls, addressing inquiries and directing calls as necessary.Handle customer check-in procedures for reservations efficiently and accurately.Maintain and replenish inventory levels in the pro shop.Qualifications for the Pro Shop Manager:Retail and Management ExperienceAbility to work with a flexible schedule, including weekends.Prior experience in golf and customer service is a plusFriendly and Outgoing: Able to interact positively with guests and staff.Self-Motivated: Proactive in identifying and completing tasks A Team Player: Willing to collaborate closely with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff.Detail-Oriented: Able to efficiently handle multiple support tasks in a timely manner.Depending on performance, this IS a full-time, year-round position!
