Job Title: Golf Services Classification: Non-Exempt Role Description Dallas Country Club is seeking enthusiastic, service-oriented individuals to join our Golf Services team. Key Responsibilities Deliver an outstanding member experience by providing warm, attentive, and professional service while following all Golf Operations policies and procedures. Prepare and maintain the cart barn to ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming environment. Maintain and manage the golf cart fleet to ensure carts are clean, fully stocked, and ready for member use. Assist with bag room operations, including handling members' golf bags with care and professionalism. Support driving range operations by maintaining practice areas and ensuring they are consistently prepared for members and guests. Perform all responsibilities under the direction and guidance of the Member Services/Golf Professional team while contributing to a collaborative team environment. Develop proficiency in both Golf Services and Locker Room Operations through cross-training to provide exceptional service wherever needed. The ideal candidate will have the following experience, skills, and knowledge: Previous experience in a golf, hospitality, or customer service environment is preferred, but not required. Strong communication skills with a genuine desire to provide exceptional service. A positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and a willingness to learn. The ideal candidate will have the following competencies and qualities: Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Availability to work flexible schedules, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays throughout the golf season.
