Job Title: Office Manager
Location: Forest Hills Golf Club
Reports To: General Manager
Position Summary
The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily administrative operations of a private golf club. This role ensures efficient office procedures, supports club leadership, manages member services coordination, and maintains accurate financial and membership records. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a hospitality-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Operations
Manage day-to-day office functions, correspondence, and recordkeeping
Maintain office systems, supplies, and equipment
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal administrative needs
Member Services Support
Coordinate with golf and restaurant staff to manage member accounts and billing.
Assist with member inquiries and provide high-level customer service
Maintain accurate membership records and databases
Financial & Accounting Support
Process invoices, accounts payable/receivable, and daily deposits
Payroll coordination and timesheet tracking
Support budgeting and financial reporting processes
Human Resources Coordination
Manage onboarding, employee records, and HR documentation
Maintain compliance with employment policies and procedures
Event & Operations Support
Provide administrative support for tournaments, events, and club functions as needed.
Qualifications
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred) or equivalent years of office management.
3+ years of administrative or office management experience (hospitality or club setting a plus)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) ,QuickBooks, and club management software
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Work Environment
On-site role at a private golf course/club
May require occasional evening, weekend, or holiday work during peak seasons or events
Opportunity to work remotely sometimes
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25.0 – 30.0 per week
