<p>The Country Club of Waterbury offers an unparalleled golfing experience to its 300 golfing members, managing 22,000 rounds of member and guest play annually. The Country Club of Waterbury is seeking a motivated, service-oriented Assistant Golf Professional to join our golf operations team. <strong>This position presents a unique opportunity to grow professionally alongside Alex Aulerich, as newly appointed Head Golf Professional during the first year of a new golf operation. He was most recently the Senior Assistant at Oakmont Country Club, one of the leading clubs in staff development and growth historically. </strong>The Assistant Golf Professional will play a meaningful role in helping establish service standards, operational systems, and member programming from the ground up. This role is ideal for a golf professional looking to expand leadership skills, gain hands-on experience in building and managing golf programs, and contribute to the long-term vision and success of a private club operation.</p>
