Golf Territory Manager-Club Regripping Services

Job Summary Spot On Grips is seeking a Mobile Golf Regripping Representative for the Nashville, Tennessee Region. The person will oversee and operate mobile regripping service events at established golf courses throughout the Nashville area. This is a performance-based independent contractor opportunity that combines hands-on technical installation and customer engagement and sales. The selected candidate will manage scheduled on-site events, install golf grips efficiently, and represent the Spot On Grips brand professionally within the local golf community. This role operates primarily during peak golf season and typically averages 18-30 hours per week depending on event volume. Compensation is commission-based and directly tied to performance. Responsibilities • Operate and manage scheduled mobile regripping service events at assigned golf course locations throughout the Nashville territory. • Set up and break down a professional 10x10 mobile service tent and workstation. • Install golf grips efficiently using Spot On Grips' fast-install method. • Educate golfers on grip options and provide basic fitting recommendations. • Engage customers proactively to generate sales and maximize event performance. • Transport equipment and inventory to and from event locations. • Maintain organized inventory levels and communicate supply needs. • Represent the Spot On Grips brand with professionalism and strong customer service. • Build positive relationships with golf course staff and management. • Ensure each event is clean, organized, and executed to company standards. Requirements • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills • Comfortable engaging golfers and generating sales through direct interaction. • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. • Reliable transportation (SUV, truck, or similar vehicle preferred) • Ability to lift and transport equipment weighing up to 50-60 lbs. • Comfortable working outdoors in seasonal weather conditions. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Sales, retail, or golf industry preferred but not required. • Must be authorized to work in the United States. • Must be able to operate as an independent contractor (1099) Job Type: Contract Pay: From $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 18 – 30 per week Benefits: • Employee discount • Flexible schedule Application Question(s): • How comfortable are you initiating conversations with customers and generating sales in person?
