Outside Operations Manager or Co-Manager *Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 Per Hour *Total Anticipated Compensation Up To: $40,000.00 Overview Outside operations manager position. In charge of bag room, cart barn, driving range/practice areas & overseeing the outside operations staff. 40 hours per week: April through November *Potential for a salary position for qualified candidates. Experience Required Golf knowledge is a plus. Essential Responsibilities At discretion of Director of Golf, manage the entire bag room, bag staff, golf carts, practice areas and all outside operations needed at the club Benefits Clothing Allowance Playing Privileges Possible Equipment Staff Deal 1/2 off meals *Possible health benefits if requirements are met per HMCC guidelines.
