Working closely with the Superintendent and Assistant Superintendents, you will gain comprehensive exposure to the daily execution of championship-caliber agronomy. Through structured mentorship, you will contribute to staff leadership, daily course conditioning, chemical and fertility programs, and moisture management. We are seeking an individual ready to commit to the next stage of their professional development and prepare for future Assistant-level leadership.

Diamond Creek is an exclusive, 18-hole Tom Fazio design located in the mountain town of Banner Elk, North Carolina. Opened in 2003, the course is consistently recognized among Golf Digest’s Top 100 Courses.
