We are looking for professional, energetic Host-Hostess to join our experienced F&B staff.
As a Host-Hostess, you must be friendly, outgoing and possess good communication skills. The member's experience should be enjoyable and you play a major role in the overall picture.
The Host-Hostess should be organized, able to think and act quickly and effectively while retaining self-composure; be member sensitive and possess a sense of timing required to handle the restaurant needs; and take pride in personal appearance while showing dedication to your job.
Education and Experience:
At least 1 year previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a luxury private club, resort or high-end restaurant preferred but not required.Knowledge of the following: five star customer service; casual, fine dining and banquet food and beverage service; and computers (Microsoft Word and Outlook) – point of sale system experience a plusRequirements:
Able to work weekdays and weekend evenings. Ability to work any day of the week, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Extra consideration will be given to candidates with flexible availability.Flexible and long hours sometimes required; long hours standing and/or walkingMust have professional appearance and follow our dress code.
