Assistant Golf Professional

Department: Parks + Rec Grade: 190 Salary: $25.11/hour Job Duties: Responsible to assisting with supervising, planning, coordinating and implementing the overall objectives, policies, programs and budget control for the Fred Arbanas Golf Course. Provides supervision in the absence of the Golf Professional. In the absence of the Golf Professional, the employee becomes the Acting Golf Professional. Responsible for budget control of the retail store budget, selecting and purchasing items for the retail operation. Minimum Qualifications: Associate’s Degree from an accredited college or university, in Parks and Recreation Administration or in a related field. Must have successfully completed the PGA playing ability test and enrolled in the Professional Golf Management Program. Must submit to/pass pre-employment background and drug screen.
