Pro Shop Attendant – Newton Commonwealth Golf Course
Newton Commonwealth Golf Course is seeking 1–2 reliable, customer-focused team members to join our staff. This role includes working in the pro shop, as well as serving as a starter or ranger as needed.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
Operate the POS system and handle cash transactions accurately
Monitor the tee sheet and pace of play, dealing with issues on the golf course as they arise
Assist with merchandise sales, stocking, and shop organization
Answer phone inquiries and emails and provide course information
Work as a starter or ranger to manage tee times, pace of play, and on-course customer service as needed
Qualifications:
Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable handling cash and basic transactions
Reliable, team-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Golf knowledge is a plus
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
