About the Role Our client is searching for an accomplished Head Golf Professional to manage all golf operations at their esteemed club located in Atlanta, Georgia . This is a unique opportunity to lead a dedicated golf team, enhance the member and guest experience, and contribute to the reputation of a respected golfing destination.

You will be instrumental in developing and executing golf programs, managing the pro shop, and ensuring the highest standards of service on the course and practice facilities. The ideal candidate possesses a deep knowledge of golf, exceptional customer service skills, and proven leadership capabilities in a high-end club environment.

Key Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of golf operations, including tee time management, player assistance, and course etiquette enforcement. Manage and develop golf instruction programs, clinics, and player development initiatives for all skill levels. Direct the operations of the golf shop, including inventory management, merchandising, and sales. Organize and execute club tournaments, member events, and external golf events.

Supervise and train golf operations staff, including caddies and shop attendants. Maintain strong relationships with members, guests, and golf staff to ensure a superior experience. Requirements PGA/LPGA Class A Professional certification is required. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Head Golf Professional or Assistant Golf Professional role. Proven experience in golf instruction, tournament operations, and retail management.
