Job Title: Tournament Directors (Full-Time)

Job Summary:
Kings Hammer SBD seeks organized and motivated Tournament Directors to support our youth soccer tournaments. These hybrid roles offer full-time opportunities with remote and on-site work in Cincinnati, OH, Indianapolis, IN. You'll contribute to seamless tournament operations, from planning and scheduling to on-site execution.
Responsibilities:
Event Planning & Scheduling:
Plan, coordinate, and execute event schedules.Analyze and improve event workflows.Manage tournaments in scheduling software.Collaborate on logistics and communicate schedules.Develop a logistics plan with Operations, incorporating the game schedule.On-Site Management:
Oversee tournament execution.Manage staff and resources.Ensure smooth operations and address issues.Interact with participants and provide customer service.Collaboration & Communication:
Work collaboratively with other departments.Communicate effectively with stakeholders.Respond to inquiries and ensure clear communication channels.Marketing & Sales:
Maintain a contacts database.Recruit and retain teams.Attend events to network and promote Kings Hammer SBD Events.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: The expected salary for this full-time position is $40,000 - $60,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.Incentive Bonus: This role includes opportunities for performance-based bonuses based on event success and business goals.Benefits: We offer a competitive benefits package that includes health insurance, a 401(k) plan, and paid time off.
Qualifications:
Required:
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.Ability to work weekends, travel, and lift equipment.Clean driving record.Preferred:
Knowledge of youth soccer.Event management experience.Specific Soccer Tournament experience
