Duties
Clear and reset tables promptly, ensuring a tidy and inviting dining area for guests
Assist with food and beverage delivery by bussing tables and supporting serving staff as needed
Maintain cleanliness of all service areas, including wiping down surfaces, sanitizing tables, and disposing of waste properly
Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of tableware, supplies, or linens following safe lifting practices
Support food safety protocols by ensuring proper sanitation and handling of dishes and utensils
Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate table turnovers and guest needs
Assist with catering setups or special event support to enhance guest experiences
Skills
Strong cleaning and sanitation skills to uphold health standards in a food industry environment
Experience in bussing, serving, or supporting restaurant operations preferred
Knowledge of table setting techniques and food handling procedures
Excellent communication skills for internal coordination and guest interaction
Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and safe lifting practices
Prior food service or hospitality experience is advantageous
Familiarity with food safety regulations and sanitation standards in restaurants or hotels
