Job Summary

Patrol and secure gatehouse as well as identify risks to residents, members, and guests.

Responsibilities

Follows all Security and Safety Programs Handles resident and member requests in a professional and satisfactory manner Performs routine Security Guard duties Monitors front gate Sells and issues gate passes Patrols property, answers alarms and investigates Calls and coordinates with law enforcements and emergency services as needed Issues citations and warnings for rule infractions and violations Performs all other duties as necessary and/or assigned

Employment Standards

Satisfactory Criminal Background Check and Drug Screen Valid Driver’s License Good Driving Record Good Written and Oral Skills

Availability and Schedule

Varied Shifts – Nights, weekends, holidays
