About the Club

Located within a gated community of more than 600 acres in Brentwood, The Governors Club features an Arnold Palmer–designed championship golf course and the historic Pleasant Hill Mansion, built in 1854. Clubhouse amenities include multiple dining venues, two indoor bars, a swimming pool, a golf shop, and an outdoor cabana with casual dining and summer entertainment. An active social calendar brings members and their families together throughout the year.

The Opportunity

The Governors Club is seeking a hands-on hospitality leader to oversee clubhouse operations, with food and beverage service at the heart of the role. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will develop hospitality teams, strengthen service consistency, and bring fresh ideas to dining, events, and the daily member experience.

We are looking for someone who enjoys being present with members and staff, follows through on commitments, and understands that great service starts with how we support one another. You will be a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, helping shape a culture built on mutual respect, accountability, and pride in the work.
