Job Summary

Responsibilities
Support the Golf Professional in daily operational management of the golf operation
Handle guest inquiries, ensuring high standards of customer service are maintained at all times.
Manage cash handling procedures, including processing payments and maintaining accurate financial records.
Support team management initiatives by fostering a collaborative environment focused on excellence.
Skills
Experience working in a golf or hospitality environment, preferably with resort or event venue experience but not mandatory.
Skilled in customer service delivery with a focus on guest satisfaction.
