Position Summary Grasslands Club is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Golf Course Equipment Operator to help maintain our championship-level golf course. This role is essential to delivering exceptional playing conditions and supporting a first-class member experience. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, values teamwork, and understands the importance of consistency and care in course maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate golf course maintenance equipment including mowers, blowers, trimmers, utility vehicles, and related tools
- Mow greens, tees, fairways, roughs, and other course areas according to established standards
- Assist with course setup, bunker maintenance, edging, and debris removal
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Follow all safety procedures and proper equipment handling guidelines
- Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to meet daily priorities
- Maintain the overall appearance and playability of the golf course and surrounding areas

Qualifications & Skills
- Prior golf course or grounds maintenance experience preferred (but not required)
- Ability to safely operate mechanical equipment
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Ability to follow directions and work independently when needed
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical labor throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
