Operate mowers, tractors, and light equipment safely and efficientlyMaintain tee boxes, fairways, greens, and surrounding turf areasMow greens, tees, and approaches using walk-behind and riding equipmentEdge cart paths, bunkers, and turf areasRake and maintain sand bunkersApply divot mix to tees and driving range areasPerform weed control and trimming around trees, bunkers, and curbsAssist with sod installation and turf repairsWater greens and monitor course conditionsRemove debris such as leaves and maintain overall course appearanceSupport additional tasks as directed by the superintendentRequirements
What We’re Looking For
Must be at least 18 years of ageValid driver’s license requiredPrevious golf course, landscaping, or grounds experience preferred, but not requiredAbility to operate or learn to operate maintenance equipmentStrong work ethic and ability to work independentlyComfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditionsPhysical Requirements
Ability to stand and walk for extended periodsFrequent lifting, bending, and manual laborAbility to lift up to 10 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionallyWork Environment
