Position Overview We’re looking for a Golf Operations Associate who shares our passion for the game and wants to be part of creating memorable experiences for our guests. This versatile role combines customer service, technical operations, and hospitality in our state-of-the-art golf simulator facility. Key Responsibilities Operate and maintain golf simulator equipment, ensuring optimal performance for guest experiences Troubleshoot technical issues with simulators, including software and hardware components Provide exceptional beverage service and maintain bar/refreshment areas Assist guests with simulator setup, game selection, and equipment usage Maintain cleanliness and organization of simulator bays and common areas Process transactions and handle cash/credit card payments Educate guests on facility amenities and simulator features Perform routine maintenance checks and report equipment concerns Create a welcoming, fun atmosphere that keeps guests coming back Required Qualifications Genuine passion for golf and understanding of the game Strong customer service skills with a friendly, outgoing personality Basic technical aptitude and willingness to learn simulator technology Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Reliable and punctual with flexible scheduling availability Must be 21+ years old for beverage service responsibilities Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in hospitality, food/beverage service, or golf industry Basic knowledge of golf simulator technology or similar entertainment systems Bilingual capabilities (English/Spanish) Current or former golf related experience What We Offer Hourly wage plus tips Flexible scheduling options Employee discounts on merchandise, golf equipment, and free simulator time Opportunity to improve your own golf game during downtime Fun, sports-focused work environment Growth opportunities within our expanding operation Schedule Part-time and full-time positions available with evening, weekend, and holiday availability required.
