Job Details Description Massanutten Resort Job Summary The Golf Food & Beverage Cart/Cashier position requires excellent customer service, good communication skills, and prefers applicants with knowledge of Virginia ABC Laws. Duties include serving drinks to golf course patrons and cash handling. Must have good math skills, be at least 21, and have a valid Virginia driver’s license. Must be able to work a flexible schedule. Required Must be 21 years oldValid driver’s licenseDependable with a strong work ethicExcellent customer service skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsGood math skills Preferred Knowledge of VA ABC laws Typical Schedule Days Days rotate on a set schedule Weekends are a requirement Hours Set Hours Required: 25 Including evenings, weekends, and holidays Core Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service when acknowledging and greeting each group of owners/guests on the golf courseAdhere to VA ABC Laws when conducting business on the golf courses of Massanutten ResortProvide a professional demeanor at all times on the golf courseMaintain Food & Beverage inventory on the golf courseComplete POS transactions with customers on the golf courseComplete closing out procedures of the beverage cart with direct supervision from the Golf Course Supervisor at the end of each shiftMaintain a neat and orderly appearance on the beverage cart at all timesInform Golf Shop Supervisor of any problems or complaints from customers as soon as possibleOther duties as assigned by management For more information, contact Mary Turner at 540.417.2235.
