Food & Beverage Purchasing Manager

Oak Hill Country Club, one of the nation's premier private clubs and host of multiple major championships, is seeking a Food & Beverage Purchasing Manager to support our culinary and food & beverage operations.This role is responsible for sourcing high-quality products, managing vendor relationships, controlling food costs, and ensuring the efficient flow of inventory that supports our kitchens, events, and employee dining operations.This position works closely with the Executive Chef, culinary leadership, and accounting team to maintain Oak Hill's high standards for quality, service, and operational excellence.What You'll DoManage purchasing of food, kitchen supplies, equipment, and related culinary productsMaintain the purchase order system and ensure accurate deliveriesDevelop strong vendor partnerships and negotiate pricing and contractsMonitor inventory levels and establish par levels to support operationsOversee product receiving and ensure quality and specification complianceTrack food costs, purchasing trends, and vendor performanceCode and submit culinary invoices and maintain purchasing recordsSupport monthly inventory and cost reconciliation processesCollaborate with culinary leadership on menu costing and product sourcingSupport high-volume events and special club functionsOversee operations of the Employee Dining RoomWhat We're Looking ForExperience in restaurant, hospitality, hotel, or private club purchasingStrong knowledge of food products, vendors, and kitchen operationsExperience managing inventory and food cost controlsAbility to build strong vendor relationships and negotiate pricingStrong organizational and communication skillsPreferred QualificationsCulinary background or experience working in kitchen operationsExperience in private clubs, hotels, or upscale hospitality environmentsBachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related fieldAdditional RequirementsFood Safety CertificationValid driver's licenseAbility to lift up to 75 lbsFlexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays during peak club operationsWhy Join Oak Hill Country ClubOak Hill Country Club is recognized worldwide for its championship golf, premier facilities, and commitment to exceptional hospitality.
