Ability to exercise critical human relations skills in establishing and maintaining effective relationships with members, their children, club staff and management.Manage programs and events for members’ children.Knowledge of and ability to perform required role in emergency situations.Job Summary (Essential Functions)

Implement and direct programs and events for members’ and guests’ children. Works closely with Food and Beverage Director and all department leaders to cultivate synergy in a team-based organization. Provide direct service to youth through participation in structured educational, recreational and/or vocational workshops or programs.

Job Tasks/Duties

Helps to plan, monitor and supervise activities.Helps oversee any activities at the club involving youth activities.Seeks out ways to improve Youth Programs on an ongoing basis.Ensures clean, safe, and organized area for programming both inside and outside.Leads a variety of activities, outings and field trips designed to benefit and enrich program participants.Provides quality service to all members and staff.Executes plans for birthday and holiday parties for the members’ children.Engages with children to provide an “experience” not just “babysit”.Ensures that all safety procedures are adhered to.Performs other appropriate tasks as assigned by the Food and Beverage Director, General Manager, or Department Head that may be involved in a given activity.Licenses and Special Requirements

18 years of age.Physical Demands and Work Environment

Continuous walking and standing.Frequent lifting, pulling, bending, stooping and repetitive actions.Ability to project voice and get attention of and cooperation from youngsters.Occasionally must work outdoors in inclement weather.Work Remotely
