Position Summary
C2 Vehicles, New England's leading golf cart and utility vehicle distributor, is looking for a skilled Golf Cart Shop Technician to join our growing team. In this hands-on role, you'll repair, diagnose, and recondition pre-owned golf cars and utility vehicles, helping ensure every unit meets our quality and safety standards.
This position is based out of our Clinton, CT shopand plays a key role in keeping our operation running smoothly.
What You'll Do
Perform repairs and maintenance on electric, gas, and diesel-powered golf cars and utility vehiclesDiagnose electrical and mechanical issues and complete repairs efficientlyRecondition pre-owned vehicles for resale to meet company standardsInstall custom accessories and upgrades, including:LED lightingStereo systemsLift kitsBodies, seating, and passenger configurationsRead and interpret wiring diagrams and technical schematicsMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
What We're Looking For
2+ years of experience in automotive, forklift, or a related service industryStrong electrical diagnostic and troubleshooting skillsExperience with electric vehicles or forklifts preferredAbility to diagnose and repair gasoline enginesComfortable reading wiring schematics and technical documentationOwn a basic set of mechanic toolsValid driver's license with a clean driving recordHigh school diploma or equivalentAbility to lift up to 90 lbs.

Compensation:
The hourly rate for this role is $25.00 - $32.00 Per hour. Exact rate is determined by skills, qualifications, and experience.
