Golf Pro Shop Attendant

DescriptionHighland Park Golf Course is seeking a Golf Pro Shop Attendant! Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service. The Golf Pro Shop Attendant will offer friendly and prompt service to the property's guests and assist the golf professional staff in golf shop operations, merchandise sales and other golf-related activities. Position Responsibilities: Process customer reservations for guests of the golf courseProvide customer service to arriving guests to help expedite check-in processArrange and display golf shop inventory as necessary and directedCollect green and cart fees (and other revenue) from guests and process in the POS system as trainedIssue receipts for guest purchasesTake messages for staff or guestsAssist in packing and unpacking inventory and golf operations suppliesAssist in reconciliation of cash and accounts receivable charges at the daily register at the closing of the dayPerform related duties as assigned by a supervisor or managerQualifications, Experience and Skill Requirements:Must have a friendly and positive personality Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills Must have basic computer skills Must be dependable and have a strong work ethic Knowledge of the game of golf preferred Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.For further information, please review the Know Your Rights notice from the Department of Labor.
