Jonathan's Landing Golf Club is seeking a Pastry Cook to join our culinary team within our Food & Beverage department. This is a role for someone with a passion for baking and dessert craft, an eye for detail, and a love for creating beautiful, delicious finishes to every meal.

What You'll Do
As a Pastry Cook, you'll support our culinary team by preparing a variety of baked goods, desserts, and pastry items for daily service, banquets, and special events.
Key responsibilities include:
Prepare and bake breads, pastries, cakes, and desserts according to recipes and Club standardsPlate and present desserts with consistency and attention to detailMeasure and mix ingredients accurately for baking and pastry productionMaintain proper storage, labeling, and rotation of pastry ingredients and finished productsSet up, maintain, and break down your station before and after each shiftFollow all food safety, sanitation, and health department guidelinesAssist with seasonal menu items, special event desserts, and banquet production as neededWhat We're Looking For
