Director of Dining Services

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to help oversee our food service operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and managing all aspects of our food and beverage offerings. This role requires a strong background in hospitality and restaurant management, along with a passion for delivering high-quality dining experiences.

Duties

Manage daily operations of the food and beverage department, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.Supervise, train and schedule staff, including servers and bartenders, to provide outstanding customer service.Assist in the development of menus in collaboration with the kitchen team, focusing on quality, presentation, and seasonal offerings.Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and controlling costs through effective cash handling practices.Coordinate banquet services and special events, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly.Monitor member and guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance the dining experience.Maintain a clean and organized dining area while ensuring all equipment is functional.Experience

Proven experience in hospitality or food service management is essential.Strong knowledge of bar operations and kitchen management.Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.Experience in financial management within a restaurant setting.Ability to manage shifts effectively while leading a team in an upscale, yet casual, private golf club environment.Previous experience in banquet management is preferred but not required.If you are passionate about the food and beverage industry and have the skills to lead a team towards excellence, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
