Membership DirectorIntown Golf Club (IGC) is the premier private social club and lifestyle brand for people who appreciate the game of golf. IGC is seeking a Membership Director to join our team in preparation for our Insert Location .

The Membership Director will be responsible for building a strong club membership and culture.Membership Director Responsibilities:Identify, recruit, interview, and accept applicants into the clubOngoing communications with applicants as well as new membersConduct calls, in-person meetings, and tours pre-open and post-openCoordinate prospective membership events pre-open and post-openReport on membership analytics and progress to the corporate team every weekWork with marketing team to drive demand with prospective membersKnowledge of club operations to provide cross-functional support across departments as neededMembership Director Qualifications:Self-starter with 3years of experience in salesStrong sense of urgency, and highly responsiveProficient in CRM databasesClear communication skills via email and phoneAbility to work independently and in team environmentsEffective time management skillsDetailed-oriented and highly organized4-year undergrad or equivalentGolf background or knowledge is preferredBenefits:Base Salary Commission commensurate with experienceMedical InsuranceVision InsuranceDental InsuranceNo Cost Teladoc Services (Mental Health Counseling/Dermatology/PT)No Cost Life Insurance401(K)Paid Time OffGrowth Opportunities
