Golf Course Grounds Crew

Sunnyside Golf and Country Club, located in Waterloo, IA, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Golf Course Grounds Crew! We are seeking a motivated individual who is interested in contributing to a positive experience for our members and guests while continuing to grow their knowledge of golf club operations. As an associate of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Role Type:

Seasonal (Position will last 6 months or less)

Compensation:

$14.75 per hour

Summary:

This position is for Golf Course Grounds Crew on an 18 hole golf course. Duties are, but not limited to: mowing, trimming, watering, bunker maintenance, flower and tree care and other tasks involved in the daily setup of the course.

Qualifications:

Experience not necessary but a plus. Must be willing to work outside in various weather conditions and be able to lift 50 pounds.

Hours Required per Week:

10-20 hours during the semester. 40 after school is out

Scheduled Required:

Normal daily hours from 6am to 2pm with half day morning’s every other weekend
