Tee & Timber is a high-energy entertainment venue in Fremont featuring tech mini golf, axe throwing, Krazy Darts, a full bar, and a kitchen.
We are building an opening team of dependable, hard-working people who take pride in great service, strong teamwork, and creating a fun, well-run guest experience.
Position Overview
We are hiring Guest Experience Associates for our opening team. This is a fast-paced, guest-facing role that combines hosting, axe throwing instruction, tech mini golf support, Krazy Darts, and food running.
You’ll be interacting with guests throughout your shift — welcoming them, explaining activities, maintaining safety, supporting game flow, and delivering food and drinks.
This role is a great fit for someone who is outgoing, reliable, and able to stay sharp in a busy environment.
Pay & Schedule
• $18.05–$22.00 per hour, plus pooled tips
• Tuesday–Sunday (closed Mondays)
• Nights and weekends required
• Typical shifts are 6–8 hours
Responsibilities
• Welcome guests, assist with check-in, and explain how the venue works
• Provide strong customer service throughout the guest experience
• Lead axe throwing safety briefings and coach guests on technique
• Explain and support tech-based mini golf, including scoring and gameplay
• Reset hole challenges and troubleshoot basic issues when needed
• Assist with Krazy Darts and keep the experience running smoothly
• Deliver food and drinks accurately based on QR orders
• Communicate with kitchen, bar, and team members during service
• Keep areas clean by wiping surfaces, clearing drinks, and resetting spaces
Qualifications
• Strong communication and guest service skills
• Comfortable speaking with guests and leading small groups
• Able to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and sense of urgency
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Must be at least 18 years old
Preferred Experience
• Customer service, hospitality, hosting, food running, or entertainment venue experience
• Experience working in high-volume environments
• Comfortable with technology and basic troubleshooting
