Duties Lead with purpose and helping hand (servant leadership) Construction experience Irrigation repairs are a large portion of time spent - Toro Lynx system with Flex 34/35 Heads Nozzle and coverage analysis Head leveling prioritization Head by head adjustment in Lynx Spraying (specifically greens) - Toro 5800 GPS Sprayer Fertilizer applications - Vicon on a workman, push spreading tie-ins Pump station repair and maintenance Administrative: Scheduling, Payroll, Invoicing, Ordering, Planning, Inventory Management, etc. Must be able to work in a team environment - checking your ego at the door Our 12 square mile property takes 3 years to learn - please plan on that timeframe First 12 months takes a great deal of humility as much of the time is spent as a student of the property, learning the lessons we've learned, climate changes, greens snow removal techniques, spring recovery process, irrigation charge-up, winterization, GPS sprayer operation, hiring process, fertilizer application practices, tournament schedule, etc. Experience in the above duties is exe a key hiring selection.
