About Shell Bay
Shell Bay connects fitness, golf and racquets through a holistic approach to performance and well-being. Our trainers help members build strength, confidence and sustainable habits while delivering the personal attention and professional service expected within an exceptional private club.
The opportunity
The Fitness Trainer is responsible for much more than delivering individual appointments. Each trainer will develop structured programs, establish measurable goals, monitor progress and help members connect fitness with the activities and lifestyle they enjoy at Shell Bay. We seek engaging, highly qualified professionals who bring energy, care and consistency to every member interaction.
Trainers will contribute to an atmosphere that encourages participation and makes members feel comfortable at every stage of their fitness journey. They will support the Director’s department strategy and help prepare the program for growth as Shell Bay’s planned residences and accommodations expand the Club offering.
