With panoramic views of the D.C. skyline and a legacy of hospitality spanning more than a century, WGCC offers an extraordinary member and guest experience- and we're looking for an energetic, reliable, and member-focused Seasonal Racquet Clinic Assistants to support our youth racquet programming throughout the summer season. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with children, being active outdoors, and contributing to a positive, engaging club environment. Responsibilities: Assist Racquets Professionals with junior tennis and/or pickleball clinicsHelp set up and break down courts, equipment, and training materialsProvide encouragement and basic instruction under supervisionEnsure the safety, engagement, and positive experience of all participantsMonitor attendance and assist with clinic check-in proceduresMaintain clean, organized courts and clinic areasSupport special junior racquets events, camps, and tournaments as neededCommunicate professionally with members, parents, and team membersUphold club standards of service, professionalism, and hospitality Pay rate: $14.00 per hour Part-time Seasonal Requirements Interest in racquet sports (tennis and/or pickleball preferred)Experience working with children or in camp/recreation settings preferredPositive attitude, energy, and enthusiasmStrong communication and teamwork skillsAbility to follow direction from Racquets ProfessionalsReliable attendance and punctualityAbility to work a flexible seasonal schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidaysPhysical Demands and Work Environment Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move actively for extended periodsComfortable working outdoors in varying summer weather conditionsIndependent mobilityThis position operates primarily outdoors on racquet courts in a fast-paced, member-focused private club environment Employment Eligibility Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire and must be able to perform work without the need for employer sponsorship, now or in the future.
