Troon is looking for a Full-Time Head Golf Professional at El Conquistador Golf Club in Oro Valley, AZ. The ideal candidate will oversee golf operations, manage staff, and ensure exceptional customer service quality. Candidates must be able to effectively lead and promote the game of golf, and hold a PGA membership. This position offers a salary range of $75,000-85,000 based on experience, and includes comprehensive healthcare benefits, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off, and eligibility for additional bonuses.
