Leadership & Culture

You will work alongside Head Golf Professional Joel Jenkins, PGA, a 28-year Class A Professional and the 2025 New England PGA Patriot Award Winner. Joel maintains an approachable, outgoing leadership style focused on supporting staff, managing smooth daily operations, and giving team members room to grow. He is actively involved in section leadership—currently nominated for NEPGA Massachusetts Chapter Vice President—and leads local veteran programs, including PGA HOPE (Lowell) and Operation Departure.

Position Overview

Mount Pleasant Golf Club is seeking an organized, tech-proficient First Assistant Golf Professional to assist with daily tee sheet management, tournament setup, and member-facing programs. This role offers solid operational responsibility, routine teaching opportunities, and practical mentorship under an experienced Head Professional.
