Front Desk/ Building and Court Attendant

Position Overview: Perform front desk duties such as greeting and welcoming members, checking members and guests into fitness and tennis facilities, booking courts and lessons, answering the phone, tending to questions/complaints, selling pro shop merchandise and providing exceptional customer service. Ensure that the front desk, pro shop and reception area is kept clean and organized. Ensure water, towels, and supplies are stocked around building and courts. Maintain cleanliness of building including the fitness center, bathrooms, paddle hut, tennis courts, and lobby area, empty trash at end of shift. Sweep, line, and water indoor tennis courts. Perform administrative duties such as updating and filing records, among others, as needed. Assist the racquets and fitness departments as needed. Knowledgeable of club rules and emergency and AED procedures, as well as know the procedure to follow in the event the alarm company needs.
