Position Details: Schedule: Part-Time, Night Shift (PM hours) Compensation: $17.00 per hour Benefits: This position is not benefits-eligible What You’ll Do: In this role, you’ll help ensure our club remains a clean, welcoming, and well-maintained environment for our members and staff.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Performing routine cleaning and custodial duties throughout the facility Moving and arranging tables, chairs, and other equipment as needed Assisting with basic painting and upkeep projects Performing light maintenance and minor repairs Repairing equipment or appliances when needed Supporting general facility upkeep and responding to urgent maintenance requests Taking on additional tasks or special projects as assigned What We’re Looking For: Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting Experience using hand tools and power tools preferred Basic understanding of electrical systems is a plus Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work Good communication skills Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed Reliable, organized, and punctual Ability to lift up to 40 lbs Availability Requirements: Must be able to work evening (PM) shifts Weekend and holiday availability is required At Upper Montclair Country Club, we value team members who are hardworking, dependable, and take pride in creating a clean and welcoming environment.
