Position Overview: The Golf Course is seeking an experienced and service-driven Head Golf Professional to oversee operations, programming, and customer experience at our municipal golf course. As Head Golf Professional, you will lead day-to-day golf operations, oversee staff development, coordinate programs and events, manage budgets and inventory, and work closely with course maintenance leadership to ensure a first-class golf experience from tee box to clubhouse. This role requires a hands-on leader who can balance business operations, team leadership, customer service, and strategic planning while fostering a welcoming environment that encourages lifelong participation in the game of golf.
