Flexible and AM availability are required Weekend and Holidays are Required Job Responsibilities: Guest Interaction Welcome guests with a genuine smile and engage in friendly conversation. Understand the guest's preferences and recommend personalized drinks. Bar Set-up and Maintenance Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies. Efficient Service Prepare and serve drinks promptly, maintaining high standards of quality. Coordinate with the kitchen to synchronize beverage service with food courses. Must have great customer service skills and be very detail oriented. Team Collaboration Work closely with servers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service. Contribute to a positive and harmonious work environment. Qualifications and Skills: Experience: Previous bartending experience in upscale restaurants or fine dining is a plus. Proficiency in crafting complex cocktails. Customer focus: A genuine passion for delighting guests and exceeding their expectations. Adaptability: Ability to handle high-pressure situations and adapt to changing guest preferences.
