<p><strong>Overview</strong></p>
<p>The Director of Golf is responsible for managing all aspects of the golf operation at the club, including the activities, employees, members, guests, community, government, industry, and corporate relationships. This position will also be responsible for coordinating and administering golf operations standards of operation and assist in developing/administering operating policies and procedures; directing the work of other department managers; developing, implementing, and monitoring budgets and financial matters; monitoring the quality of the club’s products and services; achieving financial objectives; ensuring member and guest satisfaction; securing and protecting the club’s assets, including facilities and equipment; and executing club operations, including managing all club’s facilities and operations with a strong focus on revenue generation, quality standards, and service delivery</p>
